Hope Cress Farm: Doesn’t get any fresher or more local than Hope Cress Farms very own tomatoes. A taste of summer in every bite!
Bay Berry Bliss: Summer will be here by the end of the week! Come see us this weekend and celebrate with $1 off our beach bum soap.
Arena Farm: If you haven’t had our escarole, this is the final week. Extra large heads will make a good supply of escarole and beans to eat or freeze. This is our first picking of green string beans, yellow wax beans and green and yellow zucchini, young and tender. As usually we will have the lettuces, beets, spinach, Swiss chard, fresh garlic and herbs.
Godlewsky Farm: First of the season! Handmade Country Flower Bouquets. They will be made to order or already arranged bouquets for purchase. Bouquets consist of beautiful assorted farm grown flowers that will look good on any table. First come, first served! As always we will have our wide variety of fresh picked vegetables, potted flowers and vegetable.
Bring the kids! Kaleidoscope Enrichment will be at the market this week with more fun, hands-on, exciting science-oriented activities!
Empty Bowls Project: As part of the Blair Academy Day of Service, students designed and created beautiful food-grade ceramic bowls as a hunger awareness fundraiser for Foodshed Alliance’s LocalShare project. Stop by at the Foodshed Alliance tent and check them out. Suggested donation: $10 to $15.
