Tania Rhiney started working on her pumpkin bread recipe about 14 years ago and just kept perfecting it. As a insulin dependent diabetic, it’s important for her to keep the sugars low and the product as natural as possible. Her breads will contain NO preservatives. Ingredients such as nutmeg, cinnamon, coconut and ginger is hand-grated and the breads are sold by the slice, mini-muffins and loafs. She decided on the company name because every product item that is created will have pumpkin in it. As her company grows, she looks forward to serving our community and creating jobs.
